WEB DEVELOPER: HANOVER, MARYLAND
Immediate contract-to-hire opportunity for a Web Developer to work with our client in Hanover, Maryland.

- Our client is a web-based services company that develops and hosts interactive websites and custom software to clients in the Mid-Atlantic region for over 10 years.
- Our client is a turn-key consultant and development vendor for designing, building, integrating, managing and hosting strategic software – everything from public websites to private, enterprise-level custom web-based software solutions.
- Our clients’ clients represent a range of industries including manufacturing & distribution, pharmaceutical & health care, entertainment/mass media, financial services and government.
Job Decsription:
- Our client’s growing Software Development Team leverages the latest web-based technologies to consistently deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.
- The successful Web Developer will support the Software Development Team in a role that will involve both client-side and backend development.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and manage advanced AJAX web applications.
- Assist with APIs to integrate with legacy client applications and current open standards.
- Contribute to product planning.
- Write and execute unit tests.
- Collaborate with interface and graphic designers for user experience implementation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of web development experience
- HTML, Javascript, CSS, AJAX
- MVC application development experience
Core Competencies:
- Experience with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, LESS
- Experience with node.js
- Familiarity with MongoDB
- Familiarity with Git, Subversion or other version control
- Experience with Agile methodologies
Education:
- BS in Computer Science
